In the nineties I emigrated from Bern to Chanthaburi. By living for
many years in the wonderful region of Chanthaburi the the land and people
became dear to our hearts. All our guides are English speaking locals
and have a intimate knowledge of the region. So it is guaranteed that
you get to know this beautiful land, its culture and the people. The Thai
tour guides and the Swiss organization complete one another perfectly
so your holiday is a success.

If you are in Thailand and would like to visit Angkor Wat in Cambodia. If you are staying in Koh Chang archipelago, Trat or Chanthaburi provinces then you are quite close to the cambodian border and to Angkor Wat.
We have planned a comprehensive fully inclusive itinery entirely for the purpose of taking our Guests from Thailand, into Cambodia and to Angkor Wat.
We will bring you safely and comfortably across the Thai / Cambodian Border and prepare all visa documents for you in advance.
Once inside Cambodia, guests will travel straight on to Angkor Wat, in the comfort of one of our fleet of Air Con minibus or car. Your safety and comfort are our only concern and our friendly guide team will look after you from Thailand, into Cambodia and back again.
First day:
06:00 am
Depart from Chanthaburi (or elsewhere)
Optional break points on the Thailand leg of the journey to Aranyaprathet include.

12:00 Border crossing and Cambodian Visa
Visa documents exchanged. Guests can remain in the comfort of the our mini bus.
We will make the necessary paperwork for your 30 day cambodian visit visa.
Transfer to Cambodian side.
You Angkor Wat guide from our siam reap office will be awaiting you at the Cambodian entrance gate.
* After you make your booking with us, we will require a passport photo and will fill out your visa forms for you in advance.

15:00 Hotel Check In - Sonalong Village
Guests will check into the wonderful Sonalong Village Hotel equipped with full facilities and pool.
Guests are free to rest for the remainder of the day and can enjoy the Hotel facilities and restaurant.
Second day: 1/2 day program
09:00 am
After breakdast, You will be boating to the ancient fishing village of 'Kampong Plukk', exploring the mangrove forests.
On the way back through the village the Customer will pay a short visit to the local school if it is a school day. Around midday the tour ends at the Hotel.

We return to the Hotel for lunch.
The rest of the day is no program, so the Customers have the chance to rest, enjoy the local cuisine and venture out into Siam Reap.
Nearby the hotel is the "Old Market", about 300 meters down the road, which is worth a visit.
Third day: Full day program

Leave for Angkor Thom.
This ancient city once capital of Angkor has a size of approximately 9 sq km, and was the last capitol city of the Angkor period. Guests will visit the King's palace, Bayon and the elephant terraces.

Lunch will be taken nearby.
Afternoon we visit
Fourth day: (Full day program)
Visiting the Khmer temples around Siem Reap, namely Preah Khan, Angkor and Banteay.
Guests will see all of the amazing stone structures for which Angkor wat is so revered.
Fifth day: Returning to Thailand Late morning Depart from Siam Reap to arive at Ploi Peht border around midday. 13:00 Thai Lunch in Aranyaprathet. Returning to Chanthaburi (or other destinations). Included is: " Transfer from the resort to the border, incl. lunch (without alcohol) " Transfers, tours and excursions in Cambodia (air-con mini bus / car) " 4 x nights with breakfast at the Sonalong Village " Angkor Wat Entrance pass fees and boat tour (as described above) " Transfer from the border to the resort, incl. lunch (without alcohol)
